To this end, CorMedix adheres to an “Open Door Policy” and encourages all employees to discuss any issues or concerns with their manager, a member of the Executive Leadership Team, or the Compliance, Legal or Human Resources teams without fear of retaliation. Open and honest communications are the expectation — not the exception.
